I hired RCS Moving Labor on 5/22/2016 to load up our 4 bdrm home located in Pittsford, NY into an ABF Trailer that we had rented for our relocation to North Carolina. These guys were awesome! They were able to pack our entire home in the space that we had rented on the trailer. I had been worried it wouldn't all fit, but they made it happen. Very professional, careful, well mannered, and courteous. I highly recommend RCS Moving Labor!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. RESERVED MOVING OVER 6 WEEKS PRIOR. SOMEONE SENT A TEXT TO CONFIRM EARLIER IN THE WEEK AND THEN NO ONE SHOWED UP TO HELP! PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AND EMAILS WERE RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE. COMPLETELY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
You guys were amazing! Thank you so much for all the hard work moving my family to our new home Sept 2nd. We thought we were going to do it ourselves at first, but there is no way we could have done it with out you! Out Standing Job! I will refer RCS to everyone I know! Thanks Again!

I just want to share the wonderful experience that I had with RCS Moving Labor. My wife and I have moved a few times over the years, however this is the first time that we had considered hiring a moving service. It was just to much for us to handle alone at this stage in our life, so we called RCS after talking to a few other Movers, and decided this was the way for us to go. We hired a four man team to pack up our home, and load our rented 26' Penske truck. We were extremely impressed with how these four men effortlessly worked together, and made all the hard work of moving our three bedroom home look easy. They were efficient, hard working, and well mannered. We will certainly call them if we ever move again, and definitely recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks RCS for taking away our stress!
Stephen did not want to honor their website ad pricing (False advertising). When I questioned him on it (trying to do the math to come up with his unjustified figure), his attitude got VERY poor, snippy and defensive. I asked if they had insurance (standard questions for movers). He emailed back "you are too much work for the price" and asking these questions were "nit-picky" and he said "I do not like you, or your attitude". WOW !! Stay away. Verify insurance coverage!! (probably doesn't have it). How fraudulent to scam you by charging higher than their website says. And OMG....never ask him questions about cost/ insurance. STAY AWAY from this guy. BAD news!
