Perry Pet Livonia has great staff with a very welcoming feel. I have been bringing my 2 dogs there for over 3 years now and we have always had great experiences! I live about an hour from the office and could easily switch vets but I wont do it! They are wonderful!
I can't speak highly enough of this facility. Having had an unfortunate exchange with a previous vet from a different clinic resulting in the need to find a new vet, Perry Pet opened their arms to care for my 11 1/2 year old girl. My dog tends to get extremely nervous when going to the vet. Upon seeing her anxiety, we were immediately taken into an examination room which helped to bring her some calm and when the doctor arrived, he simply sat down on the floor with my girl and I watched my dog relax making the examination so much easier for her to get through. The doctor and I discussed the reason for the change of clinics with no judgement on his part. Upon discussion of her history, the doctor provided me with solid suggestions as to what needed to be changed in her diet to alleviate some of the issues she was having. This was the first time I heard preventative suggestions as opposed to just medical interventions to address her issues. We have implemented these changes and are seeing positive results. I can't thank the staff and doctors at Perry Pet of Livonia enough. They truly are caring, compassionate and professional and my dog is lucky to be a patient there.
We're so happy we found this place. The last place we went never even looked at our cat's leg and it was BROKEN! Thank you for fixing him up and for being so caring.
Friendly and knowledgeable. We have a feral cat issue, people dropping them off at our house etc. The staff and vet has been very helpful.
